Nick Tobin founded the Tobin Investment Group to acquire and reposition value-add multifamily assets in South Florida.

Nick was a captain and intelligence officer in the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment, where he led targeting teams of specialized professionals against terrorist organizations. He later worked in middle-market private equity at Next Horizon Capital, focused on deal structuring, portfolio company operations, add-on acquisitions, and lender coordination.

Nick has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S from West Point in Economics & French Language Studies. He is currently building co-GP, operator, lender, and LP relationships for Palm Beach County opportunities and welcomes outreach from potential partners.
